SCRAP Small Farm Tour

Our next Small Farm Tour starts at Barn Swallow Farm on Miami Road (10 am to 11:30 am). The team at Barn Swallow grows fresh, local food with a focus on organic and sustainable methods.

Lunch will be at O'Brien Park Gazebo.

The next stop will be Green Bridge Growers (12:30 pm to 2 pm - 61591 Bremen Hwy, Mishawaka). The mission of Green Bridge Growers is to create healthy, fresh produce using sustainable methods supporting soil health while creating jobs for autistic adults.

Small farms bring unique situations, and both of these farms have risen to the challenges. This is an excellent opportunity to see their operations first hand and learn about some of their successes and difficulties.

This tour is geared toward other urban and small farmers. Lunch is included. Space is limited and registration is required. Please RSVP before September 3, 2025.
